COVID-19 Expectations
FIRST AND FOREMOST, IF YOU ARE ILL AND/OR HAVE A TEMPERATURE PLEASE RESCHEDULE.
All clients are asked to bring a mask/scarf to wear over your mouth and nose at the program.
No client will be able to enter the program without verification of temperature. Temperatures will be checked and must be normal.
Clients must follow all on-site posted protocol related to COVID-19 to include maintaining 6 feet from all other people; washing hands consistently; following on site DRS rules:
· Clients cannot enter if they have been out of the country in the past 30 days
· Clients cannot enter if they have been to any of the hotspots like New York City and Florida in the past 30 days
· Clients must maintain 6 feet distance from other clients
· Clients are responsible for the continued sanitation of their sleeping room
· Clients are to wash their hands thoroughly when going to the restroom and before entering the conference room.
· Staff will have some cleaning material available.
Clients will be given a pen that they will keep for the entire session. Do not ask to use someone else’s
